Fantastic stay! Our family (6 of us) stayed at Carlos' place for six days and enjoyed every minute. The location is quiet and the gated community made us feel very safe. The five minute walk to the beach was very easy and the beach itself was beautiful. The place looked exactly like the photos and was very comfortable. The caretaker (Oscar) stopped by a couple of times to check on things and he was extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Loved our stay! The pool was our highlight, extremely clean, and the grounds keeper was very very kind and helpful. Beautiful location and a 5 minute walk to the beach that is also very beautiful and great place to have lunch, swim and spend the day! Will definitely be rebooking!

This bungalow provides exceptional value in the Atami area. It was perfect for us in proximity to the resort, two beach areas and stunning cliffside views. The pool is spectacular. The inside is simple and while it isn’t the Ritz, had everything we needed to be comfortable. Don’t book if you’re expecting luxury, but if you want a great stay, an exceptional host, and a wonderful place to stay.

De Rancho is van alle gemakken voorzien, modern en sfeervol ingericht. Alle huishoudelijke voorzieningen zijn ruimschoots voorhanden. Het zwembad is de kers op de taart.

Great place to stay with your family. Nice private community and very respectful personnel at the entrance. Carlos was a great host. Any questions I had he responded right away.
