We had a great stay in Clear Lake. The house was exceptionally clean and well decorated. The house was roomy for its size and it was able to accommodate my whole family easily. With 6 people we were very comfortable. I communicated with the host on a few occasions and he was very friendly and answered my question within minutes (actually within 1 minute) and we had no issues at all. Being from the area originally it was nice to be home and comfortable. I had my family visit for Thanksgiving and they had games and plenty of areas for the kids and adults to watch tv. I look forward to staying again in the summer. Thank you Bryan for the hospitality and wonderful home we were very happy with our stay and accommodations, awesome stay!!

Wonderful stay for our girls' weekend! Perfect accomodations for 4-5 and everything was within walking distance: restaurants, main street shopping, grocery store, lake. Too cool out to enjoy the front porch this trip but we're already talking about our next visit. Highly recommend!

Bryan’s home was the perfect base for my group of 7 visiting Clear Lake Iowa. The location could not be beat and the adorable home speaks to the history of this jewel of a town.

We loved the walkability to downtown, the beach and a grocery store! The house was clean and tidy and had what we needed. The front porch was lovely to spend time on!
