Great apartment in quiet building and an excellent Minneapolis neighborhood location near the city lakes. I will definitely stay again if the opportunity arises!

Overall positive experience. Location is great and the condo has a good amount of space for two people. The bed was super large and comfortable. Water pressure in shower was great. We appreciated having a reserved parking place. Building's soundproofing qualities could be better. We could hear the neighbors above daily and neighbors below complained about the noise from the laundry machine in our condo. Janene was responsive to our messages. The price and location is great.

Excellent location just a block from Lake Harriet and lots of green spaces. Large and bright with big windows. Comfortable, king size bed. A couple of areas could use some TLC (closet doors were broken and kitchen could use come better utensils and sharper knives), but overall a good value and great response. Communication was fast and easy. Thanks!

It's in a great area with good restaurants nearby, it has a full sized kitchen with stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. There is a combo washer and dryer in the unit, for most loads I used the coin op machines in the basement. The wifi is also very fast, I measured it at around 320 mbit/s. My dog and I stayed for about 3 months for work and the place was perfect for the price. Couldn't have asked for more.
