Spacious, well-equipped house in a quiet neighbourhood with a responsive, considerate, and professional host. Walkable to tons of amenities. Beautiful and well-maintained hot tub in a giant backyard with a great firepit. Super fast and consistent internet. Lots of space to work and live, with easy privacy for multiple people if needed. Easy to control temperature room-by-room, great hot water and water pressure. Big garage with room for multiple cars and storage.

We stayed with Rahul for over a month, the cottage is nice with a huge backyard and spacious bedrooms. Overall the cottage is well maintained, beds are comfortable and it is well equipped. It is possible to walk to Blue Mountain Village, however you will have to walk alongside the rather busy road for a little bit (without a sidewalk). Rahul was a great host, very nice and when we were missing a couple of things at the beginning of the stay he was very quick to provide a solution. All throughout our stay, Rahul was extremely quick to answer and very helpful with any request we had. We really enjoyed our stay and the cottage, the only remarks we would have are the follwing. The trampoline outside is broken (much to our kids dismay) and unfortunately there is no outside table with chairs to have a meal and enjoy the garden. Inside the cottage, there is no dining table, only a breakfast bar that can seat 6 people (but all on the same side).

Rahul's place was perfect for our stay. It was even better in person than we expected. The backyard is huge, private and fully fenced with an awesome hot tub and zipline for the kids. The location is amazing right in between Collingwood and Blue Mountain. We were able to walk into the village when the weather permitted which we weren't expecting. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone!

Stayed here for 5 weeks to ski at blue and had a great experience staying at Rahuls place. Collingwood is 5 min one way and the village 5 min the other. 20 min walk to the village it was perfect. Lots of parking, hot tub was clean, yard is huge. At times we had 9 people sleeping at the cottage without a problem. The only problem was that it wasn’t the best ski weather this year (not the hosts problem hahaha). Will definitely recommend this place to anyone. Thanks Rahul for everything!!
