Sunny Gem was a wonderful place for our group of friends to gather while in Waco. We met as Baylor freshmen living in the same dorm more than 50 years ago, and we returned this year to celebrate our 70th birthdays!

Beautiful home. Roberto responds very quickly. My family and I enjoyed our time there.

Roberto was very responsive. We had a small issue late in the evening. I contacted Roberto and the situation was resolved within minutes. Our group consisted of 10 friends for over 50 years who gather every year in Waco. We agreed this was the most comfortable and the room arrangement provided ample space to visit with each other. Our favorite gathering was the kitchen/dining room where laughter was in abundance. Looking into the future, our only concern is getting up in age (the youngest age is 73) and not having handicap entrance.
