Our room was clean and tidy and the shared use kitchen/ dining room was also well maintained. We had the double room with en-suite however I found the picture was perhaps a bit deceptive. The room was very small and had literally no storage for clothes so our stuff just had to stay on the floor in bags and became quite a trip hazard. As for amenities there was a kettle and mugs provided with complementary tea/coffee. The bathroom had hand soap and toilet rolls but no towels. The bedroom walls were paper thin, luckily our neighbours were very thoughtful at night time but you could literally hear their conversation word for word and I'm sure they could hear ours. The secure store for our mountain bikes was not very secure, I noticed there were no security cameras in the room which is shared by everyone. The bike racks were not bolted down so I had nothing secure I could lock my bike on to. One morning I came down to find the secure store room door left open with a door wedge and the front door open and unattended. Anyone could have walked off with my bike. This place is basically a hostel, if you are happy to stay in a hostel I think you will be happy here. If you want somewhere a bit more comfortable I would suggest you look elsewhere.

Nice and clean throughout, big shared kitchen/dining area and easy access with digital code locks. Would recommend and use again.

Very clean and spacious building with brand new kitchen and bathroom amenities and a host who was quick to respond to our questions. Well placed just below the Beacons for trips into the mountains, so would definitely stay again.
