Elm’s place became my home away from home for nearly two months. It’s the perfect location! Easy walking or bike riding to local coffee shops and breweries. The river walk is just amazing. Elm’s place came with everything I needed for my stay and I’m going to miss living there. It’s an older home (which I love) in a new upscale area with so many things to do and see. I recommend biking the close by trails to easy to reach downtown attractions or the universities. Elm is a great host!

We stayed here for a couple months and absolutely loved it. It’s a cozy unit that has everything you need to feel right at home. The location is perfect, being close to great restaurants, grocery stores and the centennial trial. The Elm team was extremely responsive. I really cannot say enough.

Situated in a quiet neighbourhood, close to the Centennial Trail. We don’t have a car and found the location was easily walkable to restaurants and downtown. Elm’s place had everything we needed for a few nights stay. All the communication was clear and concise and Elm was quick to respond to messages. We would definitely stay here again if we came back to Spokane.
