Judith helped us out of a hole at extreme late notice late on a Thursday night, and we were thrilled with her charming little cottage. Lots of lovely little touches. Quality beds and linen. Soft towels. Everything one might need in the kitchen and elsewhere. Great info booklet. Close to Modbury centre. All in all, a wonderfully relaxing and throughly comfortable stay.

Myself, my wife, two teenagers and our little cocker spaniel stayed here over the May BH. We were using the cottage as a base as our son was competing in a swimming competition in Plymouth. 25 mins away. I didn’t do much research of Modbury however it’s a wonderful little town and it appears to have a lot to offer but we just didn’t have the time to explore too much. However if you do take a dog there’s a lovely little walk. The cottage itself is lovely with everything you would need. We highly recommend.

We had a fantastic and relaxing stay at this beautifully decorated and comfortable cottage. Full, well equipped kitchen, comfy chairs and cosy gas fire, very comfy beds, powerful shower. The place was easy to find, really well thought through and spacious for 3 ladies enjoying a wonderful weekend break exploring South Hams. Thank you! Would highly recommend.
