This home was exactly what we were looking for which was a restful vacation in an oasis of sun and fun! This home offered us comfort and was impeccably clean. The outdoor area was gorgeous and offered lots of activities for the whole family. Alex’s team was prompt in responding to any questions or concerns we had. They were very accommodating with our travel plans. We would highly recommend this property if in search of a quaint beach community. We hope to return again sometime!

We had a great stay. Check-in was easy and straightforward, thanks to the clear communication from the hosts. Ample pool towels, beach gear, and even after-sun lotion were made available to us throughout the stay! The pool, golf course, and pickleball course kept our family entertained throughout our trip, as did Nokomis Beach, which is an easy 5-minute drive from the house. Families should be advised that both "kids" bedrooms have doors which immediately access the pool area. They lock, and our kids never attempted to stray out unsupervised. However, parents/guardians of young or rambunctious children should be advised of this feature. We would stay here again, 100%

Lots of things to do on the property during our stay. Hosts were very helpful with questions, and having someone close by was nice. Property is very close to, drug stores, grocery stores, gas stations, hair and nail salons, as well as other shopping and restaurant options.

We are very happy we chose to stay where we did with Alex’s property. We loved the fact that we had so many options for exercise and fun, such as Pickleball, biking, swimming and hot tub, small putting green. Even though the weather was rather cool for Florida, it was average for Around Christmas time and we found lots to do. They even had a lot of amenities. If you wanted to go to the beach, which we did. Beach chairs, towels, even scoopers to look for sharks teeth in the sand. It was an excellent experience overall.
