This beautiful studio apartment is located on the 5th floor of Residencial Altamira. It offers it's guests a privileged view of Huascaran and the city of Huaraz. El departamento tiene capacidad para tres adultos o dos adultos y dos niños, cuenta con una cama de dos plazas y una de plaza y media. El departamento cuenta con una terma solar, como parte de nuestra iniciativa al uso de energía renovable. Asimismo, contamos con un telescopio (disponible a solicitud), que le permitirá apreciar las estrellas en el bello cielo Huaracino. El departamento tiene un pequeño balcón, así como acceso a una terraza compartida, ambas con vista panorámica del Huascarán. El edificio está localizado aproximadamente a 5 minutos, por carro, del centro de la ciudad. Siempre habrá alguien disponible para asistirlos transportando el equipaje a su departamento. The apartment has capacity for three adults or two adults and two kids, it has a double bed and a small double bed. The apartment has a solar water heater as part of our initiative to use green/renewable energy. We also have a telescope (available upon request) that will allow you to enjoy the stars in the beautiful sky of Huaraz. The apartment has a small balcony, as well as access to a shared terrace, both with a panoramic view of the Huascaran. The building is located approximately 5 minutes by car from the city center. There will always be someone available to assist in transporting luggage to your apartment.

nos quedamos 3 noches en esta habitación y todo fue perfecto. Rosario nos ayudó muchísimo con el check in, y siempre respondió a nuestras preguntas rápidamente. nos dio muchas recomendaciones de lugares locales, la habitación estuvo muy limpia y bonita, la ambiente es hermosa y nos gustó mucho. le recomiendo que reserve esta habitación si vaya a huaraz!
I arrived early (buses from Lima arrive ~6:30am) and because Rosario didn't have a guest and the place was already clean, let me check in super early (which was very appreciated after an 8 hour bus ride!) The place is high and has a good view of the mountains, and it's much cleaner and warmer than other places I stayed in Huaraz. The stay was safe, very comfortable and convenient to everything we needed. It's a great base to use if you're planning to do hikes in the areas, and it's easy to get taxis 50 metres away. Great hospitality, and Rosario even brought us Andina cheese, avocado and bread, which was hugely appreciated! I would recommend the place and Rosario, and we'll stay again next time we're in Huaraz.
What a great apartment, such a nice welcome from the most warm couple. They welcomed us with open arms, coca tea and fresh baked bread. We are so grateful! Also what a great view of the city and the mountains on that terrasse and balcony!

Superó nuestras expectativas, el departamento es moderno y cómodo, cerca de todo, pero lo menor es la hospitalidad de Rosario, quien se preocupa por hacer de su estadía la mejor experiencia, sin duda la Recomiendo a todos los que viajen a Huaraz.
