Home was as exactly like described we had a great weekend there and it had everything we needed ..would come back during the summer months to enjoy the river. Hosts were great !!

Ryan’s place was one of the best airbnbs my family and I have stayed at.This place was amazing, cozy, beautiful ,one of the cleanest rentals we’ve ever stayed at! The location is close to everything and anything you need during a vacation stay. We definitely recommend this place, would definitely love to book again !

location was fine. Felt safe and semi secluded in an ok suburban area of bullhead about 14 minutes from Laughlin. design is nice, access to most popular streaming services. fenced in patio area with ambient lighting. Could use some tlc maintenence. a couple of outlet covers were missing, dishwasher wasn't fully secured and nearly fell out every time I did the dishes. the floor vent under the bed was missing, and we didn't realize untill after my babies were crawling around. the livingroom had a large tv balanced on the stand with no teather securing it to the wall. Stove and dishwasher are on the older end and worked, but not at the leve we expect. Everything we cooked took 2x the time to cook which was unfortunate as that is one of the main reasons we booked an Airbnb. wifi was slow. Upload speed .5mbps, download speed was about 5mbps. we came with my two one year old babies and had to do more baby proofing than expected. wouldn't reccoment for small children.
