It rained the whole time we were there do we were in doors quite a bit in this lovely home.? Perfect place for us to stay in. Exceedingly met expectations

A lovely home in a gorgeous location on the Central Coast. The house is spacious, with a nice lay out. Large windows in kitchen/living/dining area in the front offer an awesome ocean view. 3 bedrooms and 2 baths along the hall afford privacy. Well furnished with a full kitchen. Surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens. Nelson was responsive and friendly. Within short drives of gorgeous walks and hikes.

We had a wonderful time at The Pink Gem. The cottage was a little bit dusty when we arrived (lots of cobwebs on the light fixtures and floor could have used a vacuum) but the bathrooms and bedrooms were clean. There were not enough plates or eating utensils and the burners on the stove were very finicky but perhaps other visitors spend more meals eating out than we did. In that case, it would not have been a problem. There were lots of thoughtful touches, such as make up wipes in the bathrooms and a giant bowl of snacks provided upon arrival. There were also plenty of clean bath towels and beach towels provided. Overall, it was a lovely place to stay.

100% recommend! Nelson’s place is beautiful. We are a family of 5 and we were able to comfortably fit. Love the ocean view! Will definitely return.

My parents and I enjoyed our stay at Nelson's home. The house was as described and check-in was easy. The house is large and could easily sleep 5+ people. We were able to use the kitchen to cook meals. We really enjoyed the beach view, especially at sunset, although we couldn't walk to the beach since it was across a busy road.
