One of the best stays I’ve ever had. Birgitte was kind and very helpful when we couldn’t find the place when it was dark and late night. The home cooked delicious breakfasts made a great stay even more magical. The place also had great views with a pretty sunset. Could not recommend it more

great central location for a homebase to explore the island. the breakfast was phenomenal definitely gourmet and worth it's share of the price. Hot tub and bathroom were amazing. bed was soft and had electric fire and TV for creature comforts. sitting in the hottub after adventures and hike was very peaceful and beautiful scenery. road was steep and roughing parts if you have a low hanging vehical but my Honda civic did just fine. Birgitte was very friendly and accommodating, would visit again.

Absolutely stunning stay. The breakfast resembled that of a 5 star hotel restaurant and private hot tub was amazing. I can’t wait to come back.

Birgitte’s place was wonderful! She went above and beyond with both recommendations and delicious breakfast/ treats, we felt so spoiled. The suite is also private with stunning views and a luxurious feel. Special mention for Birgitte’s lovely pets - Sol the cat was so friendly and we loved visits with him. Big thank you to Birgitte, we’d recommend her place to anyone and hope to be back soon!

We had an incredibly peaceful and relaxing stay at Birgitte's beautiful BNB! Birgitte was very friendly and easy to communicate with and check in and ordering our breakfast every day went smoothly. The breakfasts were so amazing! I don't think we had lunch during our whole visit because our breakfasts were so good and kept us going all day! And we loved coming home to the little baked treats she left us each evening too - OMG cookies! Such a treat! We loved having our breakfast each morning at the window, enjoying the stunning view and watching all the activity at the bird feeder. I sat in the hot tub every morning and evening, watching the seaplanes or listening to the owls. So peaceful and relaxing. The place was comfortable, spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed. The location was great - only 5 minutes from town. It was a great base to explore the whole island. I would definitely recommend a stay at Birgitte's to anyone!
