Tudo excelente, conforme anunciado. Junto à praia, espaço bem mobilado e equipado. Apesar de a garagem não ser junto ao prédio, é muito próxima e útil. Recomendamos muito e voltaremos!

Mariano fue un host muy amable y nos ayudó mucho. Su piso es súper cómodo, al lado del playa, en un sitio perfecto. Éramos 5 y había mucho espacio para todo. Recomendamos este piso. Gracias Mariano!

Mariano was a great host being very responsive with the different issues we ran into. The place was very big. However, the place was dirty when we arrived, with a smell from the couch, crumbs on the floor, finger marks on the mirror and I saw a cockroach. The listing indicated a dryer and washer. We booked it primarily for that reason to do laundry midway through our trip. We arrived to realize that by listing a dryer, he had meant a hair dryer… there were cords to hang wet clothing from, which was not transparent. We spent half our day doing laundry loads instead of exploring The water to shower was cold. The doors are hard to open; locks were janky. I had to send him videos to troubleshoot lockouts. Stay was a block from the beach, which is great if it’s warm. It was so windy (and I’m saying that coming from SF) when we went end of March, so it was quite cold. All locals around us, a short bus to the center. Unless you’re enjoying the beach, would recommend staying more central

Mariano’s place was the best of both worlds. Right beside the beach and a swing park for the kids yet close enough to the centre to be able to walk into the old town in our 10-15mins. There were bikes and scooters and a huge toy box which were played with non stop. There is a really good supermarket about 3 mins walk from the apartment and the car park was super close and easy to find.

This place was so lovely and Mariano was very helpful and responsive. Would recommend this place!
