Located in Abersoch a short walk away from the stunning Warren Beach, within the grounds of Ty Mawr an historic cottage dating back to the 17th century. Ideally located near to Tal-y-Fan & The Warren holiday parks, the village of Abersoch is walking distance away and can be reached along the beach or road. Llanbedrog a pretty little village is also nearby. You'll have your own decking area with outdoor furniture, hot tub, Gas BBQ. Large field with football goals & climbing, swings. Breakfast & Lunch is an convenient option here, as we have a small family run tea room called Petal-á-Pot. Which is a very short walk from your accommodation. We serve full breakfasts plus other homemade food, fresh coffee, delicious homemade cakes & ice creams. You can also request a takeaway service, to enjoy in the property. We'll leave a menu with you. Families and couples only, the owners live close by to the property. No smoking or pets (sorry). Captain Henry Morgan, the privateer and sea-raider, is reputed to have lived in Ty Mawr during the 17th Century whilst hiding from King Charles II. Lounge: Comfy sofas, fire, Smart TV, DVD & Sky HD (Freeview) 3 Bedrooms: (Downstairs - 1 King Size bed with Smart TV & en-suite. Upstairs - 1 Double bedroom and other room has 2 Single beds) 1 Cot: (Available on request) 2 Bathrooms: (One ensuite downstairs with separate bath & shower, other upstairs with shower) 1 Kitchen: Fully fitted with hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, sink and washing machine. The property is warmed by central heating and a gas fire. As well as the garden and decking area we have a large private field with Hobbit Hut, fire pit & adventure play area for children to use. The private decking area has an outdoor dining table, sun loungers, gas bbq and a 6 person hot tub!

Dianne is a lovely professional host with an eye for detail . The cottage was perfect for our needs even though it rained most of our trip we didn’t mind as the accommodation was so comfortable I would highly recommend. Thanks Dianne .
Dianne was a superb host ! Very welcoming from the moment we arrived. Karnak is a lovely property, everything we needed was inside and there was plenty of space for a crazy 3 year old to run around in. You get use of a private hot tub a cute little hobbit hut and a private field in front of the main property with footballs, swings and a little play area. There is a super convenient tea room 2 mins away that is ran by Dianne and Dave and we had a wonderful breakfast before we left. We have stayed in a lot of airbnbs in and out of the Uk and this one is definitely top of the list so far. It’s super close to Absersoch and 20/30 mins from Criccieth and Porthmadog so a great little base. Would definitely recommend
Dianne and Dave were amazing hosts. loved all the home baked treats Dianne pampered us. we will definitely come back again. The kids also loved the stay. Hobbit house is a must and kid's favourite , followed by the hot tub. Petal a pot cafe breakfast is a must -Scones, chicken pesto melt were delicious.
A beautiful property that was exactly as described. A very responsive host, very helpful and accommodating. The beer and wine on arrival was a great touch. Hot tub was brilliant to have. 100% recommend to future guests.
Incredible place, we loved it here! we didn't meet Dianne as she was away but she was so responsive and helpful throughout. The house is beautiful with everything thought of, anything we could have needed was there! All top quality from the hand soap to the washing machine, we truly felt spoilt! The beds were so so comfortable, as we left my husband said to me usually your happy to be back in your own bed but these beds were amazing! so much space aswell, all so clean, the lounge was so cozy with the fire and throw blankets. The hot tub was really enjoyable but the Hobbit hut was really something special, Paul had set it up for us with fairy lights and logs inside and we had such a wonderful family experience one evening, they've even stocked the kitchen there with tea and coffee! Everything about the accommodation was extra, extra care, extra thought! you could tell the owners really take pride in hosting. The play area is brilliant also, lots of space, we couldn't recommend enough!

The tea room Petal-á-Pot (part of Abersoch Garden Centre) is a 2 minute stroll away, where you can get delicious homemade meals & cakes, fresh coffee and an all day breakfast! You can get them to takeaway as well!
The luxurious Warren Spa is just a short walk away along with the "Sandbar" beach bar and restaurant.
SCYC Sailing Club is just 2miles away.
You can walk into Abersoch along the beach or use the bus stop outside.
There is plenty of parking around the property with enough room to park boats & jetskis and facilities to wash them down.
