Juan was an excellent host; he was very accommodating and pleasantly professional. All his rental spaces were very clean and welcoming. We were very impressed with the work he’s put into the house. Note: There was construction going on near the front of the house which initially turned me off, but once I settled in and took in the scenic views at the back porch/pool area and the front porch overlooking the airport at night, I was happy we chose this place. There were stray dogs and lots of roosters around the property which got loud from time to time but my kid found them adorable 🥰 Everything is nearby, but you need a vehicle to get around if traveling with small kids or persons who have a hard time walking. We preferred a jeep to the golf cart due to steep hills & terrain to get to/from the apt. We absolutely recommend this place if you want peace and quiet away from all the downtown commotion.
