Overall, a great house to stay in! You do have to bring your own toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, etc. and the bathroom is a bit dated and the place was just a little dusty, but the rest of the house was so beautiful and it was for a great price! The host gave a ton of helpful information leading up to the trip and was responsive during the trip! The place is near a ton of great places like the beach, restaurants, Newport, etc. Despite the cons, I would stay here again and recommend this place to others!

The location was great for walking along the Ocean Rd, and 5 minutes to great chowder & clam cakes at Monahan’s, dinner and drinks on the deck at The Coast Guard House, or breakfast (lunch or dinnner) at Crazy Burger. We had a very large group (20+) in town for a family event and we’re able to comfortably fit half of us at 21 Anna Olivo Ct. Though we didn’t use them, Gregg left 6 passes to Narragansett Town Beach on the kitchen counter and clear instructions about parking at the state and local beaches. I would definitely stay here again with a group of 6+.

Very nice clean house. We had a wedding in the area and this house was very comfortable for my family of 8. I would definitely rent again if I wanted to stay in Narragansett. You can walk to the beach and to The Coast Guard House, which is a very nice restaurant about a mile away. A few days before our stay, Gregg sent me an email with everything I needed to know from getting into the house to things to do in the area. It was nice to get this information before the day of arrival. All the appliances seemed new, which was nice but the water and ice maker in the refrigerator were not hooked up yet. Hopefully he'll get that done for future renters. Another thing to note is that there is a foundation being dug for new construction right behind the house and they start at 7AM. All in all, great house.
