It was a great stay, we enjoyed staying in Paul’s unit, we had no communication issues. Everything was sorted out as soon as we mentioned it. The hosting was professionally done! Hope to come back soon! Definitely recommending it to Marco island’s visitors

In reading this review, it may help to understand that we are a 50+ couple who visited Marco Island to attend a week-long event (that took most of our time). The location was good and overall the accommodations were satisfactory. We were attracted to the listing because of the king-sized bed and 2 bathrooms. The space was reasonably clean with the exception(s) of mold growing in the drip coffee maker (we brought our Keurig) where the contents had not been emptied and the washing machine being so full of sand that I had to run a load twice (when we truly had no time…). While there, the garbage disposal never worked and the contents were pretty disgusting when the dishwasher was run. We did not report this to the management company until check-out, as we did not want anyone in our space while we were out. The downstairs bathroom shared a (louvered) door with the laundry area. Not ideal for privacy. The downstairs ceiling is very low and cave like and the spiral staircase is quite challenging to maneuver (especially if you are bringing a lot of stuff with you). Closet space is generous on both levels. This unit is on the market and has a lock-box on the front door. This may be the reason why there are so many decorative chatchki’s scattered about the space. Much of this is glass (shells in a glass dish setting on a nightstand, etc.) and definitely not kid friendly. The bed was reasonably comfortable as long as you stayed to the center. The edges have worn and slope down. The kitchen had most anything you could need for preparing and serving food. The covered parking was a plus and the on-site bar/restaurant convenient. We understand that Marco is more expensive than some markets and felt the value was simply okay.
