We enjoyed the hammocks, the swing, the sound of the river! The grill!! The bed was super comfy! Peaceful! Private. Beautiful water. Cozy! Pet friendly! Enjoyed firepit! All of it! Perfect for our needs!

We really enjoyed our stay at The Shanty. Teresa had great communication and made it easy for us to get to and from the spot. We relaxed and listened to the river flow by. A great place to unwind.

We had SUCH a fun time here! The river the shanty sits on is beautiful and is great for fishing. The house was perfect for our group, we loved that there were plenty of beds. We had the most relaxing and fun weekend here and will definitely be back in the summer!! Everything was as described and we left more than satisfied.

We had such a good time here. The scenery is beautiful, the cabin is well maintained and really pretty. Beds were very comfortable. The views are incredible. Definitely going to book a trip for the summer because I can’t imagine how gorgeous it is then. 100% recommend booking!!
