I basically chose this place for the proximity to the airport. When I arrived at the unit I was pleasantly surprised. The unit is really complete with cooking utensils, all bath amenities, and an easy entrance system. They also provide extra food or drinks for a small fee for your convenience. The place is also close to some good quality restaurants, there's a SaveMore nearby to do grocery shopping, and well as a pasulubong store. It IS within walking distance, but it's a little far if you have a heavy roller suitcase. But if you try, just stick to the left of the main road. The domestic terminal is 15 mins by foot, while the international terminal is 20 mins. Lastly, Rosanna came to meet us, and was super friendly, informative, and she always responded almost instantly. An amazing place for the value and much better than any hotel in the area!

Rosanna Fe’s home is clean and spacious, being a 36 sqm unit. They personally met and accommodated us and oriented us about the amenities around. It is also very close to the airport, which is the reason why we were there. Finally, I like the fact that we did not have to worry about parking space. I would highly recommend the place to friends and book there again, when we happen to be in Mactan.
