The home is beautiful. It is super clean! Plenty of towels. Linens and pillows were top notch! The washing machine didn’t work properly (it didn’t drain out the water, sadly no one came to fix it). It’s unfortunate the building isn’t staffed with front desk help. The check in location is not convenient; It would be helpful to update the address for One Ski Hill place. The home has 4 bedrooms and will sleep 10 in beds, but we can only park one vehicle on property. That is an inconvenience when you have multiple families traveling together. There is a shuttle system that works really well to get you in to town! We wish the AC worked better. Some of the rooms were so hot and uncomfortable. This was the first time we did not have clear cut instructions on checkout, but upon calling the 800 number we were told we didn’t have to do anything. Overall this place was great and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Beautiful, big place with gorgeous views of both the mountain and the valley. It was a deal in the summer but I’m sure very pricey in the winter.

Overall stay was OK (3.5/5). 5/5 for location, space, and cleanliness, and 3/5 for comfort because there is no central air-conditioning. The heat was on for some reason, and we could not completely turn it off. The rooms felt warm all the time. We opened windows to bring some cool air, which turned all bedroom doors into chimes; whenever there was a wind draft, doors would start to bang because they were loosely fitted. It caused me to wake up and check the halls twice for intruders. Opening windows brought dry air that caused us all to wake up sort of dehydrated. We found one humidifier that allowed our infant to sleep in peace, though. 2/5 for parking because they only allow one car on the premises. Given that you can have ten guests in this unit, I don't know how you fit all 10 in one car. You either have to park couple of miles down the road or pay $25 per car per day in the garage across the street. For the location, I would probably stay again but will prepare better the next t
