The views are everything, absolutely stunning. The main bedroom is upstairs with one wall of windows that provide stunning views, a consequence of being to have these stunning views is there are no curtains so you are also awoken by the very bright sun that highlights the gorgeous view. So if you prefer to sleep in in the morning I suggest sleeping in one of the bedrooms on the main level. Beach Access is just a few houses down, it is a relatively steep hill to walk down, but switch backs and stairs make it relatively easy. It's also an easy drive into New Port for shopping and restaurants. We had a lovely relaxing getaway.

This house was everything that I could ask for!!!!! Stunning view and close to great surf spots. It made my work trip not feel like work at all. Would love to stay again!

It was a last minute trip to the coast with the family for spring break. Everything listed on the website was pretty accurate, along with the other 5-star reviews. The backyard view to the ocean was breath taking, especially from the master bedroom on the second floor. The master bedroom has big glass patio windows and have no blinds, which allows sunlight to come in. The room can get very warm in the afternoon. However, the room is equip with portable AC fans and AC unit to cool the room. You will have to figure out how to use them. This place is pets friendly, which was nice. We brought our two doodles with us. This place has fairly nice backyard for them to run around and take care of business. When we walked out to the backyard after we checked in, we did find other remaining piles of dog's droppings we had to pick up. This is just a reminder for all future dog owners to clean up after your pets before checking out.

We had a lovely trip here! Close beach access, beautiful views from the back deck, comfortable beds, lovely showers and clean home. The home is right off the 101 but very quiet-we had the windows open at night and heard only the waves at night.
