Beautiful location, very quiet neighborhood. House was very well setup. Relaxing gas fireplace, beautiful views, comfy chairs and sofa, all the kitchen utensils you need, and a bunch of board games and books to enjoy. The backyard was fully fenced in, which was great for our dogs. Hot tub was great, and we got a lot of use out of the foosball table. In terms of hosting, this place is pro. Texts and emails before arrival were helpful, WiFi was easy, every detail seemed to be thought of. Good Airbnb.

Spacious and beautiful, great place

This was a great space to host our family gathering. The bedrooms are spaced out nicely so people can have their own areas of the home. The deck and hot tub are great. It’s a short walk to the beach, but when the tide is high the beach is not fully accessible. There was a designated work space in one of the upstairs bedrooms and we had frequently issues with the wifi dropping or not working at all upstairs even after trying wifi resets/troubleshooting. Everything else about or stay was great and we would likely stay again.

Our family enjoyed the home. The design of the house is a bit odd but it provided ample space for my family to spread out. The view of the home is beautiful and the hot tub is a wonderful feature. The walk to the beach is via paved road which is nice and you can walk for miles (from Seal Rock to Newport jetty). It should be noted that if it is very high tide the beach may be impassable... waves come up to the cliff. The home is in very close proximity to Newport and its amenities. My only suggestion to the owners is for the check in time be earlier than 5PM. In the winter months it is dark earlier and arriving at 5pm makes it difficult to walk on the beach. We would prefer not to drive around with all our stuff in the car waiting to check in. We have several houses that we rent between Yachats and Newport-- this is the ONLY one that has this late of a check in. People should also be reminded that once booked the reservation cannot cancel. This seemed unnecessarily rigid.
