Such a lovely, relaxing getaway! So peaceful and private in the middle of the woods. We spent most of our time in the beautiful studio. The last stretch of road and driveway were a bit rough for our little car, but doable. We will be back!

I made Yona's House my temporary home for 35 days while going through my clinical rotations for PT school. I loved the beautiful drive into town and back home from work. It gave me time to gather my thoughts, relax, enjoy the scenery, and see many animals (farm and wild). The spot is tucked nicely into the hills of Del Rio, superbly peaceful and quiet. With the cold there were more than enough heaters, plus a nicely stocked fireplace. The kitchen covered all of my needs for making home cooked meals. The place was neat and tidy. At one point we had an usual storm that hit Del Rio, there were trees blocking the road, power out, and wifi down. Maria, the highway department and the electric company jumped right on it and it was fixed within about 12 hours. The wifi wasnt back up and running for a couple days, but Maria kept up on it and I have to be honest it ended up being nice to get a breather from computer work at night. I highly recommend this place! Keep up the goodwork Maria!

My wife and I I came here for our anniversary. The house was beautiful and so cozy. The property is way back in the woods, so if you’re looking for quiet, this is the place. We will definitely come back for a longer stay so we can just enjoy a day relaxing on the property and enjoying the seclusion.
