The house was perfect for our Thanksgiving trip to see my kids. The kitchen was huge and lots of counter space to prep and keep food. Back yard was very private and the pool was a perfect place to cool off and just hang out. Quiet neighborhood and close to beach and other things like Publix, restaurants and CVS for anything you need to get during your stay....

My husband and I spent 8 nights at this home. The home was beautiful and the neighborhood and neighbors were great. The issue begin with the pool. I called Josh and I got a text back what property are you calling about. It was the weekend so a handy man can out to try to fix what he could then the pool people came on Tuesday after I told Josh they never came on Monday. The owner is paying people to take care of the home and the care is average at best and I don’t think anyone follows up. The split ac had dirt and leaves coming out of it the ceiling fans did not work in most of the rooms and had a large amount of dust on them. The people before us must of had a dog found a large amount of pet hair in pool and on bedroom floor. I asked to speak to the owner and I was told Josh could help me. Josh did refund me 30% for 3 days. But I received an email from their Airbnb account saying to give them a five that they need to feed their family so wrong. What about my family needs?

This 3 bedroom house was perfectly designed for a family or group of friends to spend time together in a comfortable home. Great kitchen. Nice and wide open for people to gather. As great as the house is the outside space is spectacular. We enjoyed our morning coffee under the tiki hut and our afternoon swim in the pool was a great time. The backyard is well kept and very secluded from neighbors due to the beautiful landscaping. Our family would definitely choose this house in the future as it easily met all of our needs.
