It was a nice stay, comfy and close to Michigan Ave restaurants, my favorite store Martha’s Vineyard and downtown!

This is where I wish there were .5 ratings. The space was as described and pictured. Parking was a bit difficult on the busy street out front which the description addressed. Out of concern for safety, we parked on a nearby side street and it was fine. Location was ok, nothing close to walk to, etc. Was somewhat convenient to bike to the trail system. Easy to Uber/Lyft to bars and restaurants. Oliver’s instructions were clear and made it easy to understand the check in and out process. We did appreciate that pets were allowed as we prefer to travel with our pup. Personally, we felt it was a bit over priced based on location but that may have been because it was graduation weekend for GVSU and perhaps other colleges nearby. Overall, would stay again based on price for the weekend we were in town.

Fantastic stay and unbeatable value! Came to town for a quick getaway to enjoy the city and nearby towns on Lake Michigan. Just a quick drive/ride-share away from Grand Rapids downtown restaurants and night life, too! The unit was perfect for 2 - fun and cozy with a comfy couch and bed. The entire place was spotless and squeaky clean. Oliver was thorough in his instructions and open about parking with good suggestions (we parked on a side street and it was super convenient and easy). 5 minute drive from a supermarket and CVS if you’re in need of any necessities, too which was great. Will absolutely be staying here again if possible on future trips to the area!
