One of the best hosts I have met for a while. Kamala aunty and uncle are such a beautiful couple and we spoke at arm’s length about a variety of topics ranging from history to politics to Bombay and Maharashtra. The warm and welcoming air of Nashik along with the hospitality of aunty and uncle made it a worthy stay indeed.

Amazing Hosts-Kamala Aunty and Vinod uncle. They are well traveled, and make great conversations. Thoughtful and very well designed homestay. Sustainability principles deployed across the farm stand out, also got a chance to check out the farm during a morning walk where we saw plenty of vegetables/fruits. Breakfast and Lunch was cooked entirely at home, and one will definitely overeat. All three of us enjoyed our stay here and look forward to come back already.

Staying at the farm was an absolute delight. We were welcomed by Kamala on email before we’d even confirmed our booking. Her responsiveness and warm replies on email were matched by the reception she and Vinod gave us when we arrived. We were looking for a peaceful retreat from the city and that is exactly what we got. The accommodation is great, the farm is beautiful and Kamala’s family are kind and helpful. It is a great base from which to explore the area. We spent a day in the countryside, a day in town, visited a wonderful vineyard and a fascinating temple. We met some lovely people, including other guests, and wish we could have stayed longer. In addition, a stay at the farm will contribute to Kamala and Vinod’s social enterprises, helping them help others….and Vinod’s herbal tea is an added bonus!

Kamala aunty and her husband, Vinod Uncle, made us feel extremely at home! They are exceptional hosts and their place has so much to offer. The farm in which the cottage is located is very picturesque and is a perfect getaway from the hustle of the city. The hosts were super proactive in taking us around the farm and providing local recommendations. I would recommend this place to anyone who would be looking out to spend a few days amidst the nature. Kudos to the great hospitality by the family! :)
