Great place, this was a return visit :). Frank's place is great! Clean, comfortable and very conveniently located. We booked our stay so that we could go skiing at Schweitzer which is such a great mountain and enjoyed our time there so much a couple years ago with friends that we decided to bring our kids back this time. We were delighted to see that Frank's place was available for the days we planned to visit. Franks place is very conveniently located to get up to Schweitzer easily and is less than a mile from all the great restaurants and shops that Sandpoint has to offer (easy walking distance if the weather cooperates). Frank also gave us several great recommendations for dining while we were there that did not disappoint. The townhome is just as advertised and is well equipped and stocked with everything we needed for our stay. We highly recommend staying here and would absolutely return!

Comfortable living spaces and beds. The two en-suite bathrooms and a 1/2 bath off living room is well thought out. Great place to hang out with friends.

Welcome to an open and relaxing space perfectly described without clutter! We were able to arrive and easily check-in and find a comfortable and spacious living room after a fun day at the mountain! Thanks for a great stay!

Great place for a great price. Very clean and comfortable. Location was great- easy .8 mile walk to town, short distance to Schweitzer.

We loved staying at Franks place. He is very friendly and you can tell he loves hosting. The neighborhood is very cute and peaceful too!
