The place was nearly perfect. Spotlessly clean and well appointed. Mattress was firm, sheets, linens and towels clean. We slept well. Everything worked and the home was cozy and comfortable. Sam was a great host. Excellent value for money in this off season rental.

Sam was a great host! provided clear instructions and was quick to respond. We ended up need to extend our stay for one more night and he made the process super easy. The house was just adorable too!
