Marina's place was exactly what it shows in the pictures! She was easily reachable, place was well kept, and accesibile to everything! I would definitely reccommended and book here again (:

We had a wonderful time. The unit was very clean and comfortable. Communication was excellent. Marina is super kind and accommodating & a pleasure to deal with. Also, the service and amenities at the Marriott are great. Overall a flawless enjoyable stay.

Marina‘s place was just as described. The view is even better than the picture, picture just doesn’t do it complete justice! The balcony is large, partially shaded, partially open to the sun! So you don’t have to go very far to soak up the Florida vitamin D sunshine! You are looking over one of the pools, fountain and hot tub directly at the beach. You can hear the Ocean and have your feet in the sand in minutes from the time you wake up, grab a Keurig coffee in the room or coffee in the hotel Starbucks like shop. Staff are nice and helpful! Resort very clean and the restaurant is amazing! You can get everything delivered with room service also. A full size fridge is great for leftovers or cooking for yourself. A quality microwave w/ventilation and there is even a cast iron skillet, which is how we cook at home. The couch is super comfortable for lounging, didn’t sleep on it. The deepTub and pretty decor make it feel like you are a spa! Can’t wait to go back! Spa is lovely too!

First the positive. - Marina was quick to respond to any questions that I had. - Was granted early check-in when requested. - The unit was clean upon arrival. - Was impressed with the size of the balcony and bathroom for such a small unit. Not so positive. - "Bedroom" was not private from the rest of the unit. There's a small wall (just big enough for a tv) that separates the living room and the "bedroom". This wall is open on both sides with no doors. The one bathroom is located in this "bedroom" area. - There is a $35/day parking fee + taxes per vehicle. We paid $224.70 for three days to park two vehicles. - The potentially beautiful view was obstructed by construction scaffolding. Lots of construction currently being done on the resort. Overall we enjoyed our stay. But for the price and the minor inconvenience like only one closet to hang clothes that was stuffed full of bedding, having to valet the car each and every time we wanted to come and go, I'm a little disappointed.

Our stay at Marina’s condo was beyond our expectations. Absolutely beautiful location and the view was gorgeous! Marina was always very quick to respond and so helpful with any and all questions. Cannot wait to visit again!
