Welcome! My name is Mark, I am Gary's son whom was the original owner of this AIRBNB listing before his unfortunate battle ended with COVID (after beating cancer twice). He wanted me to continue his legacy which includes his BNB and his golf course , named Meadowbrook Golf Course (also in Batavia NY) that this BNB is located on. My family moved here in 1943 . When my father (Gary) was only 4 years old . It was originally a farm that he turned into custom building lots. then in 1986 my son & I (Mark) added a 9- hole executive golf course and now, an Airbnb that came in 2019. My father, Gary, started developing 215 acres behind the golf course and Airbnb. There is now a 164+ homes there. He also designed and built the golf course in 1996. My father started working on this home where the BNB is located with his son (current page owner) Mark McWethy in 2007. The 1st floor of the home Will offer 2 master suites with their own bathroom and fireplace , an outside patio area and kitchen For parties and get togethers. And, let the host know if you're interested in playing a round of golf because we also have special prices for you! My fathers spirit will always be with this place... so come share some of the history and the last legacies he had to offer by booking a room!
