The Cozy Retreat offers a king-size bed in one bedroom and a full-size bed in the second. For an additional guest, a twin-size memory foam mattress is available upon request. Prioritize your sleep with our 100% cotton sateen sheets, blackout curtains, sound machines, fans, 32" TVs, and cozy electric fireplaces in each bedroom. This 750 square foot apartment is located upstairs. Our fully equipped kitchen features a drip & Keurig coffee maker combo, air fryer, slow cooker, blender, toaster, and electric tea kettle, allowing you to prepare meals with ease. Please note that to optimize space, there is no dishwasher. Business travelers will appreciate the dedicated workspace and high-speed fiber optic internet for a seamless online experience. There was a misunderstanding at the beginning of my stay that was completely my fault! The host was very understanding and accommodating!
The house was perfectly clean, well decorated and just as it was described. Megan was friendly and always quick to reply. The check in directions were clear and simple. The price was well worth the stay. Highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone considering it! Great spot to stay!
We had a warm stay during our tours of Univ of Buffalo and SUNY Brockport. Megan's place was very cozy. Loved all her simple but elegant touches in the home. The place was very clean and makes you feel right at home. The bedroom and bathroom doors could use some updating. Otherwise everything was perfect! Megan was always prompt responding to all messages which was great!
Very thoughtful host that goes above & beyond! The place is very clean, cozy & looks exactly like the pictures. There is a full kitchen and 2 bedrooms with ample closet space making it convenient & homey feeling.
Beautifully decorated and great use of space. We would totally make this place are go to if our daughter chooses to attend Brockport.

Located in the heart of Batavia! You'll find the apartment to be conveniently located to the Thruway (I-90), shopping and restaurants.
Guests are allotted 2 parking spaces in the gravel pad behind the house. The parking area is shared with the lower apartment tenants. Kindly, do not block the driveway other than for briefly loading or unloading luggage, groceries, etc. Street parking is free and available, but note that parking on the street is restricted between 2AM and 6AM. The police do strictly enforce this city rule.
There is no public transportation in Batavia but taxi services are available.
