Dear Guest/s! I am Dencel your host! I have been in the hospitality industry for the last 32 years. I have traveled on a personal/corporate level. I was blessed to receive my first global gig, cruise liners visiting +/- 65 countries. What a joy ride for myself, grasping different cultural experiences! After my travels, I have decided to further my passion in Airbnb hospitality. My dream is to understand what defines a HAPPY GUEST? I’m working and studying Psychology (part-time) and I am amazed by all the cognitive aspects of guests. To understand constructive feedback, to have respect for the individual’s autonomy, and to show them MY beautiful country! I look forward to having you ALL in any of our spaces!
