James was a great host! Instructions were clear, and he checked in with us before arrival and during the stay. James struck a fantastic balance between being available and providing space/privacy. The studio apartment was very clean, comfortable, and as described. The jacuzzi tub was a nice treat after a long day of exploring the many great parks/sites nearby. As described in the listing, the wifi was somewhat spotty, but we expected that and had planned accordingly. Overall, it was a great experience!

A delightful stay! The property is lovely, the host is terrific and the area simply amazing. We highly recommend Jim’s place and hope to stay there again the next time we are in the area. For visitors, we also highly recommend visiting Wind Cave.
