An incredible stay in Avalon! Our group of 6 loved this place. The views were unbeatable and the place was clean. We used the fireplace (it was not gas-assisted as described in the listing), which was great for the rainy weekend we visited. One of the windows did not close/lock, which we informed the host of. They were incredibly responsive when it came to addressing concerns or questions we had throughout our stay. Would definitely stay here again!

This was a lovely place to stay for a 40th birthday trip with friends and family! The home is older, but overall really great place to stay. Clean, and the beds were comfortable. The golf cart provided was very convenient and a great perk. The host was responsive and had maintenance available within an hour with there was a minor issue with the golf cart and one of the toilets. Got everything up and running! Would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely one of the best views of Avalon on Catalina! Great location that’s close to everything. This home has a well outfitted kitchen with lots more than just the basics.
