Lovely beach house in and excellent location in Avalon town. Easy access to the beach and restaurants. House is nicer than the photos.

We hesitated to rent this property as there were no reviews. Thankfully, we found some positive reviews elsewhere and booked it. It's more spacious and newer than we expected, and the location is terrific - just a short walk away from the ferry, the main drag, the grocery store, etc. yet on a quiet street. The kitchen is super well equipped, and the bedrooms and bathrooms (3!) are large and comfortable. The only downside was that the twin beds were squeaky, partially because the headboards are just propped against the wall. We were very glad we chose this vs. a condo in Hamilton Cove, which is much less convenient, less spacious, and more expensive.
