From the first moment of comunication Lan was clear, proactive, super friendly and was waiting for me, even when I came just around midnight for check in. The location is not exactly in the busy area of HCMC, but somehow when you left her street, the crazy scooter trafic was already awayting you, no matter the direction. All you need for providing or going out for food is just around the corner, no matter which one. The room was looking exactly as in the pics. For me, it was the perfect stay forthe first few nights right after arriving to HCM by plane. Next time, I would do the same, but just out of curiosity maybe try to get the other room. It’s a nice place to stay, the neighborhood is very calm and peaceful with lots of beautiful coffee shops and restaurants, the host was friendly, I recommend this place for anyone looking for a place like home away from home 😊

Good place to stay, local area, a lot of food & authentic cafes around. Pretty far from the center. Only downside is that room doesn't have a view (there is a window, but to the wall). Otherwise great room. Hosts are welcome and responsive.

I had the most lovely stay at lan’s. It was clean, comfortable and I felt like a small part of her lovely family whilst I stayed there. Definitely recommend
