Great communications throughout booking process, prior to arrival, at check in and during our stay. We were greeted for check-in and everything explained to us (with the help of g****e translate because we do not speak Italian) - that was very much appreciated. Property is lovely and a little different in its design / styling - just as it looks on the photos. Large grounds and good facilities - we found it really useful to have washing facilities after 2 weeks being on the road touring Italy. Comfortable and peaceful. Pool was good for a cool down on the hot days. You need a car for this place as it's quite remote up a dirt-track and it's a few miles to beaches, restaurants or supermarkets. We decided to eat in both nights after stocking up as we'd been eating out a lot. Definitely recommend staying here.

The house was very well organized, nee furniture and clean! The sheets and towels were clean, toilets new and clean and the house was generally very cool compared to the heat of outside! There was a small kitchen that we used tor quick meals but it was fully furnished! The icing on the cake was the pool and yard! We have three kids that enjoyed the swimming pool either for half days or even for a quick swim when we got home from the beach. The house was very well located in a private area where you could go in 30 minutes to all small towns around from Monopoli, Polignano, Albero Bello, Ostuni etc and it was literally 5 minutes from the beach if you wanted to spend the day closer. Lucia was very helpful and perfect cleaning the pool and yard every day but also giving helpful suggestions on shops, where to buy food, restaurants etc Highly recommended for a family with kids or two small families with kids 😍
