Sharon was communicative and had a beautiful place for myself and my partner to stay! Very accomodating since we had forgotten some of our belongings and helped us retrieve them!

Sharon was a very responsive host willing to troubleshoot issues encountered. There was initially an issue with drain flies when I arrived to the apartment but Sharon hired professional help which resolved the issue quickly. The kitchen was also initially missing a few key elements to be functional but Sharon gladly provided those (e.g. scissors, cutting board). Please note that there is no oven, only a stovetop. The controls for temperature are not in the apartment which meant reaching out to Sharon or the other tenant if adjustments were needed (I only required this once). Of note, the unit is also not very well soundproofed so expect a lot of noise from the apartment above (they have kids that run around a lot including late in the evenings). One very positive point was that the wifi was fast and reliable.

We had a wonderful time at Sharon's place. Sharon herself was extremely helpful. The only unpleasant thing about the place was some foul smell that lingered around ever now and then(we couldn't figure out where it was coming from). Apart from that, everything was great!

Pros - 1. Close proximity to everything as in supermarket, yonge street, banks and bayview village mall 2. The host is really accomodating 3. The neighbours (people living in unit A) are very friendly Cons - 1. No A/c control in the unit as its located in the other unit and if you want to access it you will have to message to the people staying in other side of house, we faced problem as it was off one day and it became sweaty and hot in our side of the house. 2. No Dishwasher in the house, so be prepared to wash all the utensils by yourself 3. Too many insects in the house since its connected the backyard 4. Lot of noise from the floor above, sometimes you would feel that the roof will collapse on your bed, since there are kids in the other unit A, so cant say much as well because they also need to play. But be prepared for all this at any time of the day including late nights.
