This home boasts beautiful views of the Lincoln Park Golf Course, so enjoy the evenings in the backyard under the covered pergola. This house is located downtown within walking distance to CMU and provides quick and easy access to everything Grand Junction and the surrounding areas have to offer. This home is dog friendly! This home features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. On the first floor, you will find 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. One bedroom offers a king bed, while the other provides a queen bed. The bathroom includes a tub/shower combination and 2 sinks. In the basement, there are another 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. One bedroom contains a queen bed, and the other includes a set of twin bunk beds. The basement bathroom features a stand-up shower and 2 sinks.

Our stay was absolutely lovely. The house was exactly what we expected, and was a clean and beautiful space to gather. Our hosts were incredibly responsive and communicated well with us!
Extremely happy with our stay here! The house has ample space, large bedrooms, and is clean and clear of clutter. This place is perfect for hosting a large group of people. I would definitely recommend this place to others!
This was a great location with great accommodations for our group. I really liked the amount of parking that was available as well as the lovely fenced in backyard. We had everything we needed except for enough mirrors and forks. Adding just a few mirrors to the house would help with having several people and only two bathrooms. I loved the shower in the basement. Our only issue was initially when I asked questions of the host. I never did get a response, but everything went OK for our visit so I’m willing to overlook that.
