My family has stayed in this home many times over the years. It is in an excellent location right on Goose Bay, a quiet cove with lots of bird life. It has a nice deck for sitting out and enjoying the lake view and a wonderful dock where you can jump in and swim and watch the sunset with a view of Mt. Lassen. The house is spacious, comfortable and well equipped but not fussy or cluttered. It within walking distance to the park and the tennis and pickleball courts. Jaclyn and Jeannine are very responsive and easy to communicate with. They are wonderful hosts and we have made many happy memories here.

What a wonderful place to stay! You’re right on the lake. There is a great dock. If you have a boat you can dock it right there. You’ll see abundant water birds and wildlife along with beautiful sunsets off the deck. The home is rustic, spacious, clean and comfortable with great light and wonderful views. The owners are friendly and responsive. You can fit ten people without feeling crowded but it’s probably optimal for two couples and a few kids. It’s just a great vacation, and we hope to return.

The house was roomy, many beds, all the bedding you could ever want. All kitchen implements you could need. Everything was clean, and there was a supply of swim towels and pool noodles for us, too. The manager was next door, and was very helpful. TV sometimes doesn't work when the wind interferes with satellite dish reception, but it's a beautiful place, so that is a minor difficulty. Host answered all our questions via e-mail ahead of time, and came to make sure all was well while we were there. We had a great time!
