Beautiful place to get away. The stream next to the house has a constant relaxing sound to it. Had it been in the spring or summer, we would have kept the windows open to hear the stream while we slept. We were a little disappointed in that we didn't see any wildlife during our 3 day stay, but that's not that big of a deal. If you go in order to have a place to work or do something needing a decent Internet connection, this place is probably not the place to go. Internet is very slow and mobile phone service is almost non-existent (at least with Verizon), so go with the mindset of being "off the grid." Overall, though, we had a nice stay.

This is the coziest place I've ever rented. The owners are clearly obsessed with bears and that showed from the photos, to the dishes to even the outlet covers. I thought it was adorable. The beds are very comfortable and we enjoyed sitting by a real wood burning fireplace. The large deck called to me and we enjoyed sitting on it even in 20 degrees so we could listen to the stream that runs through the property. The location is very secluded and peaceful. The phone service and internet at the property is spotty, but that just gives you another reason to connect with family and nature. Overall, I'd recommend this place to anyone without hesitation.

Beautiful home and property, pictures don’t do it justice. The large fireplace with tall windows alongside made for great views of the spring and mountain side. Plenty of privacy and space. Hope to return one day.
