The location is the best part of the place with only a 10-15 min walk to the beach. Plenty of places to eat nearby. The unit itself is a bit rough around the edges. The door to the unit is always a challenge to open, as you have to manually lift the door as you turn the handle while opening, or else it will drag across the floor. Not sure why that hasn't been fixed as the host is clearly aware of it when he let us in. A bit dusty in some spots, but nothing a few wet wipes can't fix, so not really a big deal. Washing machine in the unit is a nice touch and the internet wasn't a problem. The host is friendly and will provide local insights if you need it. If he's available, he will also give you a lift to or from your bus stop. Not too noisy except for the occasional buffoon (probably a foreigner) on their loud motorbike passing through the street.

Everything was the same as the previous reviews. Close to very good places to eat, coffee shops, convenience stores, the beach, plus the pool, gym and cafe downstairs. Super easy getting a grab or bolt to get to farther away places. One issue popped up but YC had it fixed immediately. He is a kind man and a great host. Highly recommended, and will stay here again for sure.

I really enjoyed my stay here the studio was perfect clean and tidy. It had all amenities that I could have wanted king-size bed new fridge freezer tv wifi etc with lovely balcony which I enjoyed sitting at in the evening with a cold one😉.. There was also a nice gym topped with a swimming pool next to it.. The area was fantastic with plenty of stores 7/11 ,lotus.. small bars and restaurants and an outdoor market which sold great value fruit and vegetables. There is a lovely beech just a short walk from the property which never seemed to be too busy. My host Mr yang was a fantastic guy he was very hospitable and accommodating from the start. offering me free transport to the property on arrival what a gentleman😉he couldn't do enough to help me settle in . Mr yang was very responsive and replied to all quieries promptly that I had for the duration of my stay. Mr yang also gave me plenty of advice about the area including transport and moped hire etc. Highly Recommend!👍

In general, everything is good. The host who really wants to help you, he picked me up from the bus station, I am very grateful to him. The condo has a large pool, a short walk to the beach and many nearby cafes and shops. Thanks)
