Adam and Gemma are excellent hosts. Their place was exactly what we needed for the time we spent and they were so welcoming. They even added special touches with croissants, milk, OJ, jam, and bottled water. All cooking essentials were provided which made for a more homely stay. Couldn’t recommend this little home away from home enough :)

Had everything I needed for a short stay. Pastries were a nice touch so was the stuff in the Fridge. Information pack had everything I needed to know. Didn't have to contact as I didn't have any problems However, the flat below did keep me up through Saturday night in the early hours, don't know what they were doing but they were making alot of noise, not the hosts fault though. Park right next door was a bonus for a runner like myself and the tram was literally over the road and around half hour to get to City Centre. Not too far away is a 24 hour Tesco and Aldi or Lidl and the other way there was a petrol station and McDonald's. I couldn't be happier

Excellent place to stay, plenty of parking and really cosy, especially enjoyed the little extras like bottle of milk (which we had forgot) and croissants for breakfast what a lovely personal touch
