Very small, but well equiped and clean place. Nice park nearby and reasonable transit distance to central Paris (30 min). Friendly host, very attentive to questions.

Très beau logement situé à proximité des transports en commun et facilement accessible. Aissa est un très bon hôte qui a su communiquer les informations nécessaires et s'assurer que le séjour se passe bien.

Aissa is a great host. Communication was excellent. Everything was as described. And if it was a problem with the internet operator, so we didn't have the internet first day, Aissa tried to solve the problem and thank him for that. In the fridge left us some food as a welcome. Lidl and some other markets are at about 500m. The apartment is completely functional. And if it is smaller, it has everything you need for someone who came to visit Paris. You can quickly prepare easy meals (microwave and induction plate). Hot water has always been quite enough for two of us, the apartment is warm and is extremely clean. The environment is quiet and secure. The metro station is 1.2 km away, about 10-15 minutes by foot, and then you arrive everywhere with the subway. If I came to Paris again, I would choose the same apartment. I recommend AISA as a great and extremely friendly host. Thank you Aissa, again

Generally OK, but the heating on the bathroom was not working, and also the hot water was not enough for two people to shower one, after the other. Wifi also stopped working during our last night there, and until check out time, which was ratter inconvenient. It can also get a little damp if you decide to cook.
