This is our second time staying here. Great location in a quiet neighborhood. You can get downtown Athens easily and it's a short Uber/Lyft ride. Check-in and check-out are very easy. The studio apartment has everything you need and they provide the coffee and filters. :)

This was a great place to stay for a weeklong work trip! The space itself is cozy and a great size for a solo traveler, and having a private bathroom was a huge plus. The ability to do a quick load of laundry was also a major advantage. The kitchen was well stocked with anything I could need, and the futon was comfortable for working on a laptop in the evenings. I enjoyed doing one of the colorful puzzles, and while you could hear people upstairs, it was all during reasonable hours. Nothing out of the ordinary from quiet apartment living, truly. Although, whoever plays the piano should be commended - it was quite lovely to listen to! (Quiet but really pleasant background music.) The only thing that would have been better is if the bed had a mattress topper to be comfier, but overall, this was a 5/5 stay. Great hosts, lovely space.
