Poppy’s place is in a good location, however is a little rundown and needs some maintenance, including the front gate to get into the driveway. We had a few issues getting into the property and were not able to use the yard as the lawn hadn’t been mowed and was very over grown.

Absolutely stunning house, decor and styling! So bright, white and beautiful. Photos do not do the inside of the house justice nor can they show the absolute feelings of warmth and sense of being ‘at home’ in every room you step in to. Beautiful sunroom as you first enter the house ended up being the absolute perfect playroom for my 1 year old upon finding a whole cupboard full of kids toys and books!!! We were staying whilst in the middle of a move and what was a stressful time ended up feeling like a holiday. Poppy was gorgeous, gracious and so responsive to deal with at every turn. Food and fridge was stocked with everything we needed it was amazing!! We did not want to leave. A five minute walk down the road and you have the absolute delights of the Bardon Shed’s deli, though….we ended up eating most nights at Two Lads Pizza just across the road!!! Amazing pizza and gelato. I will be booking again soon for another little staycation! Thank you SO much Poppy!

Lovely house to stay in. The beds and linen we’re amazing. Very comfortable and clean. The driveway was a bit steep and narrow. We weren’t game to drive up so parked on the street instead. Which was fine.

Poppy was a lovely and responsive host and always responded promptly. The house was very clean and well appointed with lots of thoughtful touches. The area is great for families and dog owners. We had such a nice time laying around in the sunshine in the backyard.
