A lovely cosy and clean apartment in a very central location, literally seconds away from the vibrant Ponsonby Road. Georgie was accommodating despite the short notice and was flexible with the checkout time. Would highly recommend, especially if you plan on visiting bars or restaurants in Ponsonby!

The best thing about this place is the location- it’s great! Five minutes from the door to good restaurants and cafes, a supermarket round the corner and buses outside. Parking is tricky on week days as the whole area is 120 minute parking but fine on weekends if you can find a spot. It was a little noisy on the weekend but not enough to keep us awake - Hoppers bar is virtually next door - pretty comfortable generally. As the Ad says, there isn’t really a kitchen but there’s a fridge and crockery etc so breakfast is easy. Bathroom is a tad antique but functional, although the shower is a bit of a dribble and was annoying. All in all, with where it is, it was pretty good.
