The cabin was beautiful to say the least and well equipped with amenities in the kitchen and bathroom, and there was plenty of bedding for our cold weather stay. Both the hot tub and fire were cranking and toasty when we arrived and everything (fireplace, TV, hot tub, shower) was easy enough to figure out. Feras was communicative before and during our stay and during the check out process. He was extremely accommodating and let us bring our fur babies as well. The house is on a beautiful little stream, the yard has plenty to do in warm weather, and when you're in the hot tub, it has a great little view through the trees to the stars! There also was a thoughtful welcome packet sent to us to help plan out some activities in the area which we did use to find some snowshoeing trails! The only regret was having only one night in the area. Thank you Feras and Family!

Just as described, access to water and private hot tub was great! There was calming music playing and an incense diffuser going when we came inside. There was a gift basket left on the counter with a personalized note and some snacks. Everything was great!

My parents and sister went for a small family getaway to Maine to celebrate my parents 30 year Anniversary and stayed at the Sunset Chalet for 4 days. Upon their arrival to the Chalet, there was a “Happy Anniversary” cake waiting for them and a bottle of champagne- all arranged by Feras and his family. That took my family and myself, when they sent me the photo, by surprise. In our “reason for visit”, we indicated that it was for my parents anniversary. We were very touched by this and are very grateful for their time and effort to arrange this. All throughout their stay, Feras was responsive and accommodating. He would check in to ensure that my family had everything they needed. When my family decided to rent the Pontoon boat, Feras was very diligent in showing how to operate the boat and ensured that they have everything they need for their time on the boat. What a wonderful host and a beautiful stay. My family can’t recommend it enough. Thank you Feras and family.

I would give Feras a 100 stars ⭐️ if was possible and available. The best airbnb I ever stayed. Feras and his wife was amazing hosting us! The cabin was clean and organized to perfection. The cabin was beautiful and had everything we could possible need and ask to have the perfect weekend. Was a very relaxing environment. We enjoy every single amenities and we felt right at home with our stay. I would definitely go back in the future. Thanks Fera to be a great host and friendly.

Nice location, on a river that's a short paddle by (provided) kayak or canoe to large lake, Lake Messalonskee. Paddle to the lake is through a marshy area with lots of waterfowl to see, and with nice fishing en route to the lake, and on the lake. Chalet was very clean and well equipped, beds very comfortable. Short drive to Augusta, with lots to do there, and about 50 minutes to several seaside fishing villages. Would recommend Belfast if you want to see the ocean and eat some great seafood. Has a nice walking path along the docks, with a footbridge across the river that's very picturesque.
