Gorgeous place with a fun vibe, loved the stay!

This is obviously a niche place. But don’t let that fool you. The host operates a wonderful Airbnb and accommodation. It is very clean. It is well appointed. It has character. And, it is certainly a different experience. At first blush you may be intimidated by the house rules. Brush that aside. While you must follow the rules, and they make perfect sense, it is a very comfortable place to stay. It is welcoming and there’s lots to see! Do not let the theme throw you off track. Have an open mind and be playful. If that sort of thing and imagery bothers you, then pass on staying here and leave the extra room available again for my next visit. I will be back!

Town is a little slow but seems to be up-and-coming and the Black Monarch will definitely be part of that. Cool and spooky stay!

The most unique and best decorated hotel I ever stayed. I can't wait to go back. The only thing to be aware of is that the bed in the room is hanging down from the ceiling which means it moves and swings any time you make the slightest movement with great noises. Also the walls are very thin. And you hear all the conversations from the other rooms. Just be aware of that. Other than that it was perfect. Totally worth it.
